Catchment Area

Our practice is now accepting online registration and this is open to all residents within the practice catchment area.

To register with a GP practice visit the website: https://eastlondonregistergp.nhs.uk/start

On the website you will be asked to enter your postcode and based on the area you live you will get a list of GP practices available to choose from.

Non-urgent advice: Notice

Please select a GP practice, where you will be asked to fill a form and provide two proof of identity (i.e. Passport/driving license /rental agreement/utility bill) submit your personal information so that we can register you.

Your registration will be processed and you will be contacted by the GP practice about the next steps of registration.

We also welcome in-practice registration and will be happy to help you if you are unable to register online. Please check that your postcode is within our catchment area by visiting the above website.

Fields marked “REQUIRED” are compulsory. You should only send this form if you are sure that you are eligible to join this practice. Sending this form will NOT automatically register you with the surgery. Your details will be held at the surgery for a limited period of time. You are required to present in person to sign your registration form and provide proof of your address

Sending this form does NOT guarantee or even imply that you will be accepted onto the practice register.

Named GP

Dr Padma Gooty will be your named accountable GP who will be responsible for your overall care. But you can book appointments with any regular GP.  If you have a preference as to which GP you are allocated, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

After Successful Registration

You will be invited for a new patient health check with a nurse or health care assistant. This will just be a normal checkup, including but not limited to height, weight and blood pressure.
