Requests for home visits should be made as soon as it is possible. Please ring on 020 8554 3014 or 0208 554 6287. The receptionist will request some details of your medical problem so that the appropriate clinician can assess the need, urgency and appropriateness for the request.
A decision to visit remains at the clinician’s discretion and is based on medical necessity.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
